Life For Youth Camp is a non-denominational Christian camp. Our ministry is to provide a facility for groups to have a spiritual retreat. We are open September through May for your church or school to spend a few days having fun, fellowshipping, and growing spiritually. LFYC has twenty-one air conditioned cabins, housing fourteen people each, four meeting rooms, meals provided in our spacious air conditioned dining hall, campfires, hayrides, and lots of activities. LFYC offers package deals. Retreat package pricing includes your meals, housing, one meeting room, a campfire, use of the basketball courts, volleyball court, game field, and gaga dodge ball pit. Cypress Chapel & Classrooms
Seats over 750 entirely. Chapel includes large platform area, piano, extra large electronic screen, and air conditioning. The Cypress Chapel also has 6 break-out rooms, small prayer room, and restrooms. Two wall mounted TV’s with a DVD player are located in the break out rooms. A small sound system and 2 microphones are available upon request. We also offer a large sound system including a projector for an additional fee, please contact the office for details. (Extra charge for small groups if Chapel is available)
Seats over 150. The Hall is air conditioned, and contains a nice size platform, piano, and mounted TV’s. Equipment available upon request.
Seats over 80. The Center is air conditioned, and contains a small platform & piano. Equipment available upon request.
Live Oak Assembly
Seats over 75. The Assembly Hall is air conditioned, and contains a small platform and mounted TV’s. Equipment available upon request.

LFYC has six motel rooms located onthe grounds available for gues speakers, pastors, etc. The rate for these room are slightly higher than the cabin rate. Each room comes with two double beds complete with linens, towels, and wash cloths. Sorry, but there are no televisions or phones in the motel rooms. Please only reserve the numbers of rooms you are going to use in order to make them available to others sharing the grounds. No campers may stay in motels without adult supervision in each room.

Each cabin sleeps a total of 14 people. All include a restroom with toilet, sink, and shower.

Each cabin has 7 bunk beds—a common room with 12 beds and a counselor room separated by a curtain with 2 beds.
Six motel rooms are located on the grounds available for guest speakers, pastors, etc. Incudes two double beds complete with linens, towels, and wash cloths.

There is no extra charge for use of these facilities. These facilities are not available for exclusive use (except for campfires). Please be courteous of the other groups that may be here during your stay.

A lighted competition size sand volleyball court.
A large grassy playing field—suitable for kickball, soccer, relays, crowd breakers, or other field games. You will need to bring own sports equipment.
Fun and easy to learn group game for all ages. The rules and instructions are posted at each pit. We have Four GAGA pits (1) next to snack shack (lighted for evening use), (2) next to the canoes, (3) next to the Wilson Center Meeting Room, and (4) next to the playground.
There are many small pavilions available for breaking into small groups. All include picnic tables.
Larger pavilion with lighting, electricity, and picnic tables for snacks. This is a good central location to watch your kids while they are participating in activities or to have an after campfire snack.
Three campfire areas are available for groups. Most have stadium style seating to accommodate large broups. With advanced notice we will have your fire built & ready to light.
We serve your meals cafeteria style. Each group will have assigned tables in the dining hall according to the number in your group. Our food service staff prepare and serve well-balanced healthy meals. The meals for any given stay offer variety and interest.
We do the menu planning at least one week prior to your group’s arrival. Our staff will work with you on special requests for your group with a ten day lead time. We do our best to accommodate everyone’s requests while keeping in mind we usually serve more than one retreat group here at a time. For those who have dietary restrictions/allergies we can usually provide an alternative as long as their need is turned in with the information form one week before your retreat. We might not be able to accommodate all requests.

For an extra cost per person your group can participate in our activity plan. If you choose to participate in this activity plan, the cost is per person and will automatically be charged to ALL retreat participants.
We usually host more than one group here at the same time. In order to accommodate all, the schedule below is our general time frame in which we run activities. Please work this time into your schedule if you are participating in the activities.
Extra activities requiring the purchase of the activity plan include game room, hayrides, swimming, boats, go-carts, waterslide, & climbing wall.

Three different climbing sides at varying difficulty.
No rowing necessary for this boat—just use those leg muscles to pedal and propel this boat on the lake.
Single person kayak perfect for both beginners and advanced paddlers.
Paddle around the lake in a classic canoe & build some teamwork skills while you’re at it.
A tractor drawn hay rack is available for hayrides around the camp’s 80 acres.
